Violins/Violas will not need instruments until Thurs Aug 15

Orchestra Parent Night Tues Aug 20

**** 1 Parent/Guardian required per student. Please bring insurance card copy and payment for tshirts (check or credit card).

Beginning students DO NOT need to attend, but Philharmonic, Symphony and Chamber students should attend with their parents. They will be measured for their formal uniforms.  Specific times below by last name and ensemble. This event will be in the commons at LCI.
  • 5:30pm-6:15pm Beginning Families Last Names A-L AND Philharmonic Families last name A-L (with students)
  • 6:00pm-6:45pm Beginning Families Last Names M-Z AND Philharmonic Families last name M-Z (with students)
  • 6:30pm-7:15pm All Chamber Families (with students)
  • 7:00pm-7:45pm Symphony Families Last name A-L (with students)
  • 7:30pm-8:15pm Symphony Families Last Name M-Z (with students)
New this year: We will be asking Phil, Sym, Chamber parents to help measure their students at home for uniforms prior to attending the Aug 20 Parent Night. Instructions on this are coming soon.

Parent Volunteers: Any time this year!

Parents, if there is any chance you might volunteer, chaperone or help out at ANY orchestra event this year, we are asking all volunteers to clear the CCISD Volunteer Database. It is an easy form! You only need to be cleared once for any schools your student(s) attend!
